Blogger Promotion Site

Right now I'm thinking to promote my web site.But not right now,or in this days.I'm thinking to promote my site when I'll be at least 15 years old.But It will be better If I'll be like 16 years old.Until that time ,,will arrive,,I will collect more money for that.It's so bad,it's not invented yet to put real money into a simple computer...HaHa.And I mean it directly.lolz for sure.So,for promoting my web page I must to have a credit card.I don't got it yet..But at 16 years I think I will have.Maybe only when I can barely accomplish my sweet 16,I'll get a V.I.P status and ,,promoteing card,,.BUT-ONLY IF MY WEB WILL BE REALLY POPULAR...and I'm not sure of that...So..PLEASE PEOPLE!HELP MYSELF!!!GIVE ME AN EMAIL WITH YOUR OPPINION OF MY BLOG AND YOUR OWN TIPS FOR A BETTER SITE.REMEMBER!MY EMAIL IS: mettystar@mail.md Thank You!I'm wainting for your emails!!!
